And there’s no any hazardous substance occurred when reacting. It will become super soft thermal filler. It can ripen deeply, and the ripened product has high compression and cushioning effect.
It has great thermal conductivity with good insulation. It can be used for small gap between heat source and cooling module.
It can be adjustment for solving the product tolerance issue. The high vertical heat conductivity could be good TIM (Thermal Interface Material) between heat source (CPU or electronic chipset) and cooling module. We also can offer the liner, which can be adjusted to be easier handled.
